We are delighted to welcome Holly Goodridge as ABC Friends’ new social media officer, with a brief to create content and build community across all platforms.
Holly started work for us this week, working closely with our NationBuilder administrator, Phil Evans, to manage operations across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, and build and nurture our growing online community.
She will be working flexibly as part of a team to create content which will transform our advocacy and develop creative campaigns that explain the ABC’s vital role in Australian democracy.
Holly will work closely with our State and local groups, volunteers and board members to coordinate our social media messaging and promote events across the country.
Holly has experience creating video content and working with volunteers and coordinating content contributions from multiple stakeholders.
She has previously worked as a social media producer for The Guardian Australia and RMIT School of Art, where she is a graduate in fine arts. Holly is currently also completing a Masters of Information Science at Curtain University after last year completing a Masters of Fine Arts at RMIT University.
Please keep an eye out for her work on ABC Friends’ social media platforms and add your support to her posts if you agree with content.
